Constant Growth Travel runs curated trips with Dee Dice as the head leader and owner of the business. With small groups and flexible pacing, these experiences blend spontaneity with hidden paths, deeper connections and local charm. It is exploration beyond the typical tourist trail. Dee also runs trips for the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) a non-profit organization that runs upwards of 50 trips a year, fully supported by volunteers with the emphasis on active travel and conservation congruent with their mission.  Please note that each trip sponsored by AMC is clearly labeled in the trip title.

I lead scenic hikes and paddles to cultural immersions; each trip promises an unforgettable blend of adventure and discovery. With groups of 10-15 fellow adventurers, we dive into the heart of foreign landscapes, uncovering hidden gems and forging lifelong memories.
